In case of credit terms agreed by both the parties following needs to be followed. Billing instructions must be explicit and forwarded to the hotel in writing by letter, fax or email. No credit would be possible in absence of written authorization as requested. Bills as duly authorized will be forwarded to your office which may be cleared with 15 days from the date of receipt. Cheque / D D must be payable to “SAGAR GUEST HOUSE” at Mumbai.
